We’ve unfortunately had to close our web shop – but that’s good news! It means that we have more time to share our craft creations: we’ll be showing you each month what you can make and take at our craft club, and afterwards the instructions to remind you how you made it! Please leave a comment or two so that we know that you’ve browsed… and what you’d like to see in future projects 🙂
It’s the last Craft Club on Saturday…
To add to the bad news, Leicester City Council have decided to resurface Upperton Road between Fosse Road and Narborough Road during the day. THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLE ACCESS TO THE CHURCH CAR PARK AS A RESULT. Ashleigh Road, Browning Street or Noel Street opposite may be alternative parking options. We will also have the front door open for ease of access.
For those that weren’t able to be at the October Craft Club, you missed the sharing of the sad news that November’s Craft Club will be our last. We have loved sharing your company for the last ten years, but lives have moved on and we will not be able to run the club any more.
Neil is now running workshops in his own studio – for more details follow his blog at http://perfectly4med.co.uk or The Studio on Facebook. Kathryn will also be running workshops at her studio – please request details.
There will be a stock clearance sale at the final Craft Club, with 50% off all marked prices (Bazzill card stock excluded).
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 16th November, 2-5pm at the usual venue.
It’s almost time for Craft Club on Saturday, 17th August, 2pm-5pm.
Neil will be showing how to make one of these cards using stamps, embossing powder, water and Distress Reinkers – no artistic skill required:
There will be no Craft Club in September. See you again on Saturday 19th October.
… this Saturday, 15th June. There won’t be any scrapbooking this month, but you’ll still have a choice of card making tables.
Neil will be building on the techniques from the last four months. You’ll have the chance to make one or more of these three cards which combine some of the mixed media techniques already taught.
It’s Craft Club again this Saturday, 18th May, 2013.
Ever wanted to have a go with all the products on the shelf in the art department or art shop? Well, you can’t try everything, but you have the chance to sample 15 different media and play with them to see what you like using. Here’s the sample board to tempt you, and Neil will be guiding you:
We’re going to risk the current run of snowy weather and still open on Saturday 😉
The weather guys reckon it’ll be tipping down with rain, so what better way of spending the afternoon than chatting with friends over the crafting table?
Neil will be continuing his tin’o’techniques, this month looking at a dozen techniques you can do with acrylic paints, including notes, a handout, and playing with a GelliArts plate:
